Yogena chittasya padena vacham
malam sharirasya cha vaidyakena,
Yoh pakarottam pravaram muninam
patanjalim pranjaliranato'smi.
Meaning & Translation
"I bow with folded hands to that best of sages, Patanjali, who removed the impurities of the mind through yoga, of speech through grammar, and of the body through medicine (Ayurveda)."
